Who is a good friend, who considers your sorrows as his own. and gives his pleasures to you.
Who knows what you are going through, who knows what you need. That friend just wants when you come to meet him.
An example is the friendship between Krishna and Sudama. Sudama ji's wife had sent him to meet Krishna so that Krishna would bless him. because sudama was poor.
Sudama ji had taken grains of rice because Krishna used to like it. When Krishna and Sudama met after years, both cried hugging each other.
There was a long discussion between them about the old days of childhood. And Sudama who had brought the pain with him, forgot everything after meeting Krishna.
If Sudama wanted, he could have asked Krishna for everything, and luckily he would have got it.
But he did not express any of his wishes to Krishna. Keeping his friend in his heart, he left from there.
Can you tell where such friendship would be?
There should be deep love in friendship. Friendship is neither made nor spoiled by taking or giving things. There should be only love in your heart.
