.  Hamare paas sab kuch hote hue bhi, aisa kyun lagta hai ki kisi cheez ki kami hai. or wo kami andar se hume dukhati hai. zindagi mein hum ek sabse badi galti karte hain, jo hume kuch deta hai, hum uske prati kritagyata nahi dikhate. 
. or iskcon founder Aacharya Srila Prabhupada ji ka kehna hai, ki agar hum bina kisi ka shukriya kahe unki cheez istemaal karen to hum chor hue. or sahi bhi kaha. 
.  kayi baar hum bina kisi se puche jab koi cheez lete hain, to kya sunne ko milta hai, chor. yahan sansaar me rehkar to hum ek dusre se chizen lekar kritagya ho jate hain. lekin yahan jo har cheez hum istemaal kar rahe hain, kya humne socha hai asal mein in sab cheezon ka koi malik hoga, or kya humne unhe shukriya kaha hai.

jiska matlab hai Krishna hi bhagwan hain, jo sab karnon ke karan hain. jo sabke pita hain. or hum sab unke bachhe hain. or ek pita ka kya kartavya hai, apne bachon ka khyal rakhna, or wo rakhte bhi hain. 
.  or bhagwadgeeta mein Sri Krishna arjun se kehte hain, ki ailaan kar do mere bhakt ki paas jo nahi hain wo main deta hun, or jo hai uski raksha karta hun. jab hum kisi ka shukriya karte hain to dil pe jo bojh leke hum chalte hain, wo halka hota hai. jisse hum zindagi ko aasaan bana sakte hain. 
. jaise hum subah uthate hain, to ek shukriya kahen Krishna ko, ki shukriya krishna aaj ke iss naye janm ke liye. aap chahte to kal ki raat mere liye antim bhi ho sakti thi. humen dil ki gehraaiyon se shukriya kehna hai or hume yeh baar baar kehna hai. 
. aankdon ke anusar ek din me hum 22000 baar sans lete hain. us har saans ke liye humen Krishna ka hamesha shukriya kehna hai. jaise kayi baar humen bahut zayada pyas lagi hoti hai, us samay jab hum pani peete hain to uska swaad kitna aaraam deta hai. bhagwadgeeta me Krishna kehte hain ki main paani me jo swaad hai wo hun, suraj or chand ki jo chamak hai wo hun. 
.  or jab bhi hum paani piyen to krishna ko yaad karen or shukriya kahen. kayi janmon se hum suraj ki urja le rahe hain, or wo suraj ki urja ka strot bhi krishna hain. to har din humen uske liye bhi kritaarth hona hai. 
.  hum acha chal paa rahe hain, daud paa rahe hain uske liye shukriya krishna. hum acha sun paa rahe hain, bol paa rahe hain uske liye shukriya krishna. kahin achi paristhiti aayi uske liye shukriya krishna, kahin kharab paristhiti ho uske liye shukriya krishna. 
.  fir raat ko sote samay aaj ke pure janm ke liye hume krishna ko fir se shukriya kehna hai. 
.  is tarah jab hum har cheez ke liye bhagwaan ka shukriya kehte hain, to bhagwaan prasann ho jate hain. or jab bhagwan khush hote hain, to hum apne aap khush ho jate hain, kyunki wo sabke hriday me virajmaan hain. or hum sab unke hain. 

Bad time ( actually a good time  ) 

English Translation. 

.  Even when we have everything, why does it feel like something is lacking. And that lack hurts us from inside. One of the biggest mistakes we make in life is that we do not show gratitude towards those who give us something.

. And Iskcon founder Acharya Srila Prabhupada ji says that if we use someone's things without thanking them, then we are thieves. And rightly said too. 

. Many times when we take something without asking anyone, what do we get to hear, thief. Living here in the world, we become grateful by taking things from each other. but here everything we're using, Have we thought that there would be an owner of all these things in reality, and have we thanked them.

.  Srimad Bhagavatam which is the best Purana says, Ishvarah Paramah Krishna

Sarva Karan Karanam. 

Which means Krishna is the only God, who is the cause of all causes. Who is the father of all. And we are all his children. And what is the duty of a father, to take care of his children, and he does. 

.  And in the Bhagavad Gita Shri Krishna says to Arjuna, announce that I give what my devotee does not have, and I protect what he has. When we thank someone, the burden we carry on our heart becomes lighter. With which we can make life easier.

. As we wake up in the morning, then say a thank you to Krishna, thank you Krishna for today's new birth. If you wanted, last night could have been the last for me as well. We have to say thank you from the bottom of our heart and we have to say this again and again.

.  According to statistics, we breathe 22000 times in a day. We always have to thank Krishna for every breath we take. Like many times we are very thirsty, at that time when we drink water, its taste gives so much comfort. Krishna says in the Bhagavad Gita that I am the taste of water, the brightness of the sun and the moon.

.  And whenever we drink water, remember Krishna and say thank you. For many births we have been taking the energy of the sun, and the source of that energy of the sun is also Krishna. So every day we have to be grateful for that too. taki us kharab paristhiti se ladkar hum wahan se bahar niklen, krishna yahi chahte hain, ki hum hamesha khush rahen. 

. We are able to walk, run, thanks Krishna for that. We are able to hear and speak, thanks Krishna for that. Somewhere good situation comes, thanks Krishna for that, somewhere bad situation comes, thanks Krishna. So that we get out of there by fighting that bad situation, Krishna wants us to be happy always.

.  Then at night while sleeping, we have to say thanks again to Krishna for the whole of today's birth.

.  In this way, when we thank God for everything, God becomes pleased. And when God is happy, we automatically become happy, because He is present in everyone's heart. And we all belong to him.
