Anxiety, depression ye aisi bimaariyan hain jo bahar se kabhi nahi dikhti, lekin insaan ko andar hi andar khati hain. akelapan, neend na aana, bhukh na lagna ye sab iske lakshan hain. aisa lagta hai sab kuch khatm ho chuka hai, jeene ka dil nahi karta, kisi se baat karne ka dil nahi karta, sab kuch bekaar lagta hai. lekin in sab pareshaniyon ke beech se bhi nikla jaa sakta hai. aaiye jaante hain ek-ek karke.


1. Svikaar karna.

2. Forgiveness
